While traditional veterinary visits typically cost $50-100 per farm call, ETC members pay nothing for qualifying visits within 30 minutes of our clinic during business hours. You’ll enjoy unlimited covered farm calls for routine wellness care, emergency visits during business hours, and your horse’s onboarding exam. 

Even if your farm is located 30 minutes to 1 hour away, you’ll receive one complimentary wellness farm call each spring or fall that covers all routine services in a single visit. Emergency farm calls during regular business hours are included at no additional cost for enrolled horses.

Vaccinations

Your horse receives complete protection with all core vaccines included in your ETC membership: Rabies, Eastern and Western Encephalitis, Tetanus, Influenza/Rhinopneumonitis, and West Nile Virus.

Bloodwork and Coggins

Your horse receives comprehensive health monitoring with Complete Blood Count (CBC) and chemistry panels performed twice yearly to monitor organ function and detect early health changes. The annual Coggins test for Equine Infectious Anemia, required for travel and competition, is handled seamlessly as part of your program. Horses over 13 years old receive additional eACTH testing to screen for Cushing’s disease and other age-related conditions. This consistent testing creates valuable health baselines for future medical decisions and early disease detection, with automatic results delivery and explanation. Fecals and Dewormers

ETC takes a strategic, science-based approach to parasite control with fecal egg count testing that determines your horse’s actual parasite load, allowing for targeted treatment instead of routine chemical deworming. Based on individual results, seasonal factors, and your horse’s specific risk profile, our veterinarians create customized deworming plans that include all necessary deworming medications.
